Have you decided which eating plan you are going to follow? The most successful allows all your favourite foods so you don’t feel deprived 😊.

If you haven’t already then please see Pinned Posts here healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

especially the Welcome Newbies and the Security Post.

Also, if you look in the Topics section you will find lots of recipes healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

This is a very busy forum with lots going on but feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Best Wishes in your weight loss journey

What sort of things do you like to eat? When I batch cook, I tend to do things like bolognaise made with 5% fat minced beef or minced turkey. Bolognaise can easily be changed to chilli just by adding some chilli powder or chopped green chillis (or both!) so sometimes I actually split my minced beef once it’s browned and make one half bolognaise and one half chilli.

Other meals that work well as batch cooking include curries. Do you have a slow cooker? That can be a really lazy way of batch cooking :) coz all you have to do is throw in your ingredients, put the lid on and wait.
