I really wouldn't go down that road, Katya. Far better to stick to fresh, whole food and home cooked meals. It really isn't necessary to count carbs, just aim to get most of them from vegetables.

I never counted, just didn't eat bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, or sugar and I still lost weight :)

awful thing is am living out of boxes thanks to types mites in my kitchen n landlord needs to sort leak pipe so is like ewwww i cant eat or cook in there it makes me cry cos im great healthy cook but lately lost that vibe thanks to invasion mites everywhere n trying to save to pay for pest control

Go to your nearest Citizens Advice Bureau and tell them what's happening and that you want to make an official complaint.

No, not at all! It was so much easier than starving myself on horrible low fat diets.
