Hey all, i recently gave birth to a gorgeous baby girl in April and i am motivated to lose this mum bod. I'm starting the NHS 12 week diet and doing home work outs and going to my gym 2x a week but If anyone has any tips i would greatly appreciate it!

I think you have done the right thing by waiting a few months whilst your body adjusts . Congrats on new baby . I remember a good soak in a warm bath. My wobbly tummy sort of bobbed in the water but when I looked at my child it was more than worth it .

Food is 80% of our ' problems ' . You are doing well to get some exercise and pushing a pram will help . My advise is to cal count sensibly . Eat protein , inc dairy and have plenty to drink . Aim for 1lb a week , don't be in a rush as it is so easy to snack if you are stressed . Try and get some time for yourself or seek a Mums / tots group to fill a few hours to socialise and be away from the fridge .
