So, I have been working out for 3 weeks now, a mix of cardio, Pilates and weights, and today I managed to not only hold a proper plank (no knees) I managed to do weightlifting rows from that position too!! 3 weeks ago I was struggling just to hold it on my knees! Today is a good day. I hope your Friday is just as good
