I hit my target weight!

I actually barely squeaked past my goal yesterday but I don't like to celebrate a single weigh in at my target weight in case I jinx it. But today's weigh in was emphatic.

I'm doing my little dance.

The Maintainers' Club is posted the first Sunday of every month and remains open until the next is posted. You can always find it in Pinned Posts :)

There is a new "Maintainer's Club" post on the first Sunday of each month, and it then appears in "events" to the right of your screen, or scroll down to the bottom.

Maintenance is as important as the weight loss. It's now you can assert how realistic and sustainable your way of eating is for you.

Don't go adding back foods that trigger your appetite for example. If you need extra calories, get them mainly from natural fats such as eggs, olives, avocado, nuts or coconut, that won't significantly raise your insulin response.

I'm very fortunate that the foods I enjoy are all on the healthy list. I'm not tempted at all by cakes or biscuits or desserts (to the great frustration of my wife who is an excellent baker).

well done, I am nearly at my target weight that will be my final target and then I just have to maintain. Should be there before my birthday celebration in December.
