I haven’t logged my weight for the last 2 weeks. Honestly it got to point where I am obsessing so much with weight; that I was weighing everyday and not even loosing just maintaining. My husband has hid the scales in the house, for the sake of my mental health. So now I strictly weigh in once a week at slimming world , however unfortunately I couldn’t weigh in today as my little one is un well xxx

That was what I found, so seldom weigh myself, or even what I eat. I know what a portion looks (and feels) like, so there is no point in stressing over it. If I do eat too much, especially on holiday, then I feel overstuffed.

The aim is to reduce weight a little at a time, half a pound every couple of weeks according to my GP surgery. That way it stays off. How you do it is up to you. The mindset on here seems to be the LCHF diet, which is not one I ever intend to follow as it is far too restricting IMHO. I am sure it works for those who do, but it isn't for everybody as one size does not fit all.
