Hi, I am female. Aged 43. Very overweight. 2 weeks ago I weighed 91.6 kg. This is my start weight.

I joined a spa and started exercise. I also changed diet. As moved to a new Country and here the diet is very different. Food is included in my salary. So I eat what I am given. I am getting used to it.

Last Tuesday I weighted 90.2 kg So I am loosing weight. I am also doing the couch to 5 k program.

Hello, peskymousie1, and welcome 😊

Are you saying you don't have much control over what you eat? Or is there a reasonable range to choose from?

Zero control, or knowledge of what the housekeeper will make. Often I don’t recognise the food. I am out in Azerbaijan. Food here is different. I think yesterday was grape leaves, stuffed with rice. But it might of been something else.

Today was something green, with I think some egg. And em what they call salad, is dill and tarragon.

And I ate a peach and an apple for desert.

Difficult. But you'll get to know what's what over time. I suppose the green thing was veg, and veg with egg sounds good. And it's likely you'll be avoiding processed stuff, which is all to the good.

True everything is organic here. They have not heard of processed food. Even tinned food is not even sold here.

Hi peskymousie1. This could be an amazing opportunity for you. Many people on here might almost be jealous at the thought of not having to think about cooking and being offered a healthy variety of meals. Freshly prepared food, nothing processed, all organic as you say - if you can avoid snacking on anything between meals and resist overeating, there is every chance you will come back having lost a massive amount of weight in the healthiest way possible. 😊 Embrace it, I’d say! Keep up your exercise, so good for mind and body, and I am sure you will see a regular weekly loss. Why not join one of our weekly weigh-ins? I for one shall be very interested to see how it goes for you.
