We all have times like this!

I’m awful and have to have so much will power! One time isn’t a bad thing but when it becomes a regular thing is when you should be disappointed!

You’ve got this!!x

That is why I enjoy slimming world, we are allowed to eat chocolate every day as long as we sin it. I do not eat it every day but it is good knowing I can if I want. Food thats banned is what you want.

I would try not to worry. My dietician says that she eats chocolate every day. She’s thin and muscular, not fat. It’s the amount that is eaten and how often it’s eaten that is a problem, particularly if it’s paired up with other junk food.

I make room for a bit of chocolate in my calorie allowance if I feel like eating it, and that helps me not to feel deprived. Perhaps something similar would work for you?

Sometimes you need something off piste to keep you on track the rest of the time. I know exactly what you mean though. Good luck with it.

Nothing wrong with chocolate. This is a lifestyle and a few treats keep

me going . I won't give up crisps . I just tweak my other food or book another Zumba class and plan my next treat .

Yesterday I was cold and hungry and a kilo less than my target weight - and ate about half a kilo of Camembert.

Today I am over my target weight - but I will not worry about it.

I’ve just ordered via the internet, 20 bars of 100% cocoa no added sugar black chocolate in various flavours. My local supermarket had stopped selling it so I got it straight from manufacture (Montezuma). I’m not worried about having it around the house - without the sugar there’s no siren call to an addict so it could possibly last me a year. You certainly can’t eat much in one go, it’s too strong, but it’s certainly chocolate :))

I like chocolate pretzels, but I only eat 25g at a time. My darling hubby saw some on sale and got 10 bags, but I will still weigh what I eat, I think they will last me until next year.

Much agreed with PandQs it's the typeof chocolate we consume. A treat here and there for a reward well does is not harm. Sometimes cravings must be handled to avoid going over board on other items. A nip Enjoy!
