This is my first week into the program and so far I am a happy soul. Even though I had 2 pyramids of Toblerone yesterday I was able to cut down on the calories in the afternoon and evening and still stay within the allowance of 1400 !

Well done completing your first week of the 12 week plan. It is brilliant and works because you can eat foods from all food groups including wholemeal carbs (brown rice, wholemeal bread and pasta ) lean proteins, plenty of veg and limiting but not eliminating saturated fats. I honestly never felt hungry, occasionally greedy but always ate until I was satisfied but not stuffed! Good luck for the following week and stick with your diet plan cause you can do this.
