My tips would be to come here as often as you can for that wonderful support and information you'll find, and to eat enough and eat well, as eating too little and being hungry is a common reason for giving up.
You will have received a welcome message with links to Pinned Posts. Do take your time over those posts, particularly the Welcome Newbies, which explains how to find your way around, and the Security/Privacy information, as I see you have not locked your post and you may have a username that is not anonymous.
I recommend joining a weekly weigh in - why not this weekend? - and using the Daily Diary to share ideas about your meals.

Same as BridgeGirl's reply... come here regularly. Many of us here use this forum daily. You will learn a lot and it will help keep you focused.
Additionally, not feeling on your own and getting support on those bad days is invaluable..
