I am at my target weight, but I recently lost five pounds in three days... by not eating for 68 hours.
Are you Intermittent Fasting or on a Low-Carbohydrate, High-Fat diet?
Eating or drinking less might work - or cutting down on Grains, Potatoes and Sugar... or Not Eating All Day... set yourself a time in the evening after which you do not eat.
