Need to find the old me again

Hi I'm 40 and fat..Need to find the old me and get up and move my arse instead of finding excuses to not do anything..was with my partner for 15years but 10 weeks ago left me for someone else so I need to do this for me and my children o want to be around to watch them grow and to enjoy my life with my granddaughter whos only 4months x

Time for a new you my partner encourages me to eat rubbish by kindly buying choc for me and multi bags of crisps when I haven't bought them with my big shop .Think he sorta feels threatened in a funny way by the new 20kg lighter and more comfortable confident me .....please use this as a trigger .It will distract you too as you plan, shop and eat differently.
