I must hide the peanut butter jar far too tempting, However, as they say it is not the falling down that matters but the getting up again. Will carry on.
To the gentleman who had anniversary meal alone, Please take heart and join us in healthy eating, do not use the word diet, so depressing, it is a choice not self denial.
