My start weight was 14st 9lb. Weighed in at 14st 7lb. Loss of 2lbs. Wish I had lost more but I haven’t felt hungry, have felt much better in myself (more energy). Positive start I feel 😁 ‼️
Very well done Elsieleo 😊👍👏 that’s an excellent start, there’s no point losing weight too fast as it’s not proper fat, 2lbs is perfect. Are you going to join a Group weigh in? They’re fab for giving and receiving support.

Well done ! Would you like to join our weigh in today? Here's the link, hope to see you there!
One pound would be a good loss and 2lb is very good.
You've hit the nail on the head in that you haven't felt hungry and that is an important aspect of weight loss. People getting hungry and then snacking is often a big cause for failure.
Glad to hear you're feeling so good and positive.
Thanks very reassuring.
Congrats on the weight loss! Don't let it stop there, keep at it! What diet are you using? I'm using Keto diet, I started 2 days ago, hopefully i've lost my wine belly by the end of the week ha.
