Good to hear things are going well :)

Are you going to join the weekly weigh in today? This explains how it works (it's all about supporting each other) and where to find it healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

But it seems you didn't Reply on it, you clicked on Write, created a new post with a header and a format to fill in. To join the weigh in, you read the opening post by Diane2, put your information in the box Reply to Diane2 and then reply to some of the others posting there today.

You need to be using the website, not the app as that doesn't give access to some key areas of the forum :)
