Hi everyone

I have really found wearing my Fitbit has helped me make sure that I walk at least 10.000 steps a day and you can also track your food intake

Only just started on the plan and love my food so need to keep exercising

Hope you've had time to read the information moreless gave you the other day, and that you'll make the most of your time here. How about joining a weigh in team, on whichever day suits you, and using the Daily Diary for meal planning? They're both in Events and all information in the Welcome post you were given.
