Thanks to all who have recommended the NHS calorie calculator! I had been cutting my calories way too low and this was what really put me off course last time!
Today I had a banana in the morning and went gym for a 45 min HIIT workout. Got back around 12 and then my brunch was:
3 eggs (scrambled with frylight) 220 Cals
4 multi grain farmhouse seeded bread slices 404 cals
Half a can of Heinz no sugar beans 136 cals
And the banana from earlier 105 cals
which totals around 900 cals!
So I'm at 900 calories and it's around 1pm and I'm nice and full. I prefer having a bigger combined brunch as it helps me recover from the gym.
My nhs recommended cal allowance is 2500 to lose weight so I still have 1600 cals for the rest of the day.
