Yes found it very helpful , Checked out my BMI and the information about the calorie range was useful. .Also a healthy weight for my height. Now know what I should be aiming for πŸ˜€

Just do it step by step and enjoy it. If this is a change for life, there's no rush. I found that losing weight gradually helped my brain keep pace with my body :)
