Good morning, Snoozlecorn, and welcome to the forum :)

Motivation is individual and personal as it comes from within: it's the reason(s) you want to lose weight so maybe you could give some thought to that today. Some people put it in writing and keep it in the kitchen, somewhere it can be a prompt when you're planning your next meal. Think through what would work for you.

Hi there! I found reading up lots of articles and posts about weight loss, benefits of losing fat, benefits of exercise, anything helped keep my motivation and interest high! Try to add 30 mins exercise in everyday doesn't matter if its walking, swimming, jogging or gym. Just get moving more and make it part of your routine so its no longer a chore!
