I was under Weight Loss NHS for several months up until this year. At my Heaviest, I was 104kg’s and a Candidate for weight loss surgery. I am writing to Thank you 🙏 for helping me to change my life.
I Listened to all your hints and tips. I thoroughly enjoyed the 12 week programme, and came away feeling positive and ready for change. I now weigh 78kg’s, am three dress sizes smaller, and feel Good!
