Hi and welcome, Kibblewhite1234
My advice would be to read all the information that's here on the forum, there's lots of it.
Follow this link to our chat thread and a list of all the activities we run. We've found active participation to be key to success, especially with our weigh-ins and Daily Diary.
To make navigating the forum easier, we've put all the information you'll need in a newbie pack and here's the link
Please take the time to read it carefully, so that you're able to enjoy everything that we have on offer.
We ask that you also read this important information about internet privacy and security.
Wishing you all the best
Brilliant thank you I will read the information
Hi Kibblewhite and welcome,
There are a number of people following different plans. Some follow the NHS 12 week plan, others lchf and others something else maybe a hybrid of the two.
Take time to read through the links that an administrator will reply to you with, also maybe read back through a number of the posts and replies. Another place to get an idea is from today's Daily Diary where people post their menus in advance and why they are eating what they eat... healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
I was too slow, they've already replied
You will get / have already been sent good advice, but my top tip is absolutely no sweet stuff or junk food, and don’t stuff your face. It sounds simplistic but it works.
Congratulations! The best idea I can come up with is lchf (low carb high fat) the food is lush and you're not even hungry ! x
