I'm 14 stone 10 and have an obese BMI.

I've battled for years with weight loss and different diets. More difficult as I get older now 55 and stopped smoking 15 years ago.

I love eating healthy but find it difficult to be constant. I love yoga and pilates but cannot afford the classes. I need motivation to do this at home.

Would love your support and help.

I have just replied to your previous post CP29 :)

Have a look on youtube, there are lots of exercises that can be done at home. There is no need to pay out for expensive gym costs :)

There’s a lot of free yoga videos on YouTube - and you get a cheap mat to start out (Tesco do them for about £6).

I do yoga in the mornings - and I couldn’t afford to go to a class everyday so I’ve just done it using YouTube. I had a cheap mat to start out and then got a nicer one for about £15 from tk maxx (which is great place to get cut price sports gear!)

Sorry your down, everyday is progress not perfection, and I have just joined this site, the money I have spent on diet clubs books etc, wanting to find "the" answer, other people could do it, not me, I am trying 3 meals a day nothing inbetween, except drinks, tea coffee etc, and you just eat what you have in, no extra cost on meals, slowly reduce portion of starchy foods, the key is slowly apparently....I have been told it really works, all we have to do is keep at it.....have you access toYouTube, loads of exercise stuff on there, at home no charge! I have looked at the chair exercise and it surprised me the the age and ability, my knees are ugh, (weight off me would be a bonus) keep

going, I found this site, looking out of desperation I think, read posts, and thought, the honesty and help us out there, good luck,😉

A big thank you, I will work my round, just have remember take it easy, yep Insulin levels! I have polycystic overies, but apparently many women do, I thought all would be ok with age, apparently not....oh well, I just have to keep going......many thanks again.
