Good luck, clearly you're going to reach your goal.

I suspect you feel great already with your loss so far and I'm sure the dress will be the icing on the cake.

You will get there. I have lost four stone - and I am comfortable in trousers I bought when I was a teenager... 50 years ago!

Amazing! Smashing it! 😊. How are you finding the weight loss with running? I guess you won’t always loose weight but it goes from fat to muscle? I could be wrong. It’s all good though and it sounds like your doing well! 🙂👊🏻

Thank you. I’ve loss weight every week I’ve got 5 more to go and I’ve lost 2 stone the running definitely helping with the weight loss

Well done!! So are you eating super clean then? I could do with loosing some weight. I like the idea of eating healthier but it always seems to go out the window. Maybe lifting heavy would help me along with running? Not sure

Yeah I’m eating 3 meals a day I don’t eat bread anymore. I’ve been eating salads fruit and veg chicken and tuna

I use to lift weights a few years ago it definitely helps

in reply to Clarebear73

Nice one. So cutting the bread out helps then? Are you going back on to weight lifting again? Apparently you can burn more calories doing weights than cardio 🤷🏻‍♂️ not sure.

Hi 👋. Thanks for the helpful info. I do use the app usually 😬. Maybe need to look in to changing that!

I know beer is a bad one for calories 😮. Is Gin and slimline tonic much better calories wise?

Thanks again

Not sure. I go for a low carb high fat approach and I know that red wine suits that plan best :) I do have an occasional G&T though :)

in reply to BridgeGirl

Love red wine 😬
