Advice would be much appreciated

Hi everyone, I’m 21 year old female, 5”6 and 11st 6lb.

I’m aiming to lose about a stone, for my health but also for vanity!

I have a gym membership which I use, and I’m also vegetarian. Does anyone have any quick and easy lunch ideas?

Also, if anyone has tips on how to MAINTAIN sticking to this plan I would very much appreciate it

Thanks x

Hi and welcome, yellow_egg :)

The trick to maintenance, is to find a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. At 21 years old, your metabolism will be at its peak and you won't have many problems, bar sticking with it and not filling up on junk, especially as you're already using your gym membership.
