Hi, can anyone help please.

I’m 4 days in and counting my calories on MyFitnessPal which also allows me to then eat any calories burned off through exercises, is that right in accordance with this plan?

MyFitnessPal is a useful way of keeping track of calories but it has a different way of calculating your calorie target, we generally advise using the NHS BMI checker which makes allowance for your exercise level and suggests a target range nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-we... If you start towards the top of the range initially so you can reduce as you lose weight.
