I am sorry you have struggled with the site for so long. It is much easier on a computer. My kindle is ok, but not so easy and my Android phone hates it. Your experience of the site depends greatly on your device. I hope you manage to continue your weight loss journey in a way that works for you. Take care, and remember that you can come back any time you want to.

Please don't give up,you found your way to posting earlier so just keep doing that. Write about how you feel, if you want to lose weight and how much, what you eat etc JUST keep posting!

If the 56 refers to your age then I sympathise. I am 59 and we had no IT lessons at school and any I have at home are from impatient sons who do it for me with great reluctance. You seem to have managed to comment so please use this to communicate and let us know how you are getting on . I don't weigh anymore. My 15kg badge has remained for ages although I have lost 19kg . I just eat 3 meals a day , plenty of water , mindful of snacks and together with an aim to do 3 dance exercise classes a week and walk more I find weight loss simple and effective. Just don't over complicate things . Portions and what you eat is simple. Common sense .
ok but im 63 age im happy useing facebook i tryed twiter just couldnt deal with it so gave up , i can respond ok if i get a massage but once i go off that page i can never find it again unless someone responds to it
I agree. I have trouble navigating the site also. Sometimes there are responses, and I don't even see them. It IS a great sight with many awesome, helpful people, but I too am having problems getting around it.
I don't bother with Facebook or Twitter . Have you decided what you are going to focus on to achieve your goals? How much weight would you like to lose ?
like to lose 2.5 stone ., nothing much to focus on realy , gess i live a boring life but when you cant work du to health reasons theres not much to do

yes but cant walk very far time ive walked into a supermarket and up and down 2 isles ive had it so i bought a viberating plate
How far is the parking lot from the enterance to the stores you go to?

Do you usually push the carts when you're shopping? Sometimes, if the cart has a lot of items in it, then that also can make a person tired/worn out.

We post a new weigh in each Monday William, if you’re wanting to keep track of your own, personal, weigh in then the best thing to do is write it down in a book. Alternatively, click on your avatar (the picture next to your name) and you can see all your previous posts replies, including weigh-ins
