What is the easiest method /app I make everything from fresh and its taking hours on nSh one

A lot of people here use the my fitness pal app. Once you have recorded everything it can be saved. It is a time consuming job trying to work out the calories etc. I hope you are keeping records of everything you have done so far.

It's great that you are cooking everything from fresh :)

I am a bit of a Luddite and I use the NHS calorie checker and a pen and paper. It does take a long time at first, but if you keep a note you don't need to work it all out a second time when you make that dish again.
