Looking forward to my walk this afternoon, don't know where it will be but the sun is shining.it helps me loose a bit of weight.

I had a country walk today - out of town over the hill... over 6km which is not tooo bad for a 69-year-old ex-powerchair user!

I was over-doing it when I was walking 50km a week - and I did 27km last week.
