Warning don’t buy biscuits 😀

Hello hope everyone is having a great day 😀 I’m trying to keep on track ! Had a friend over for coffee bought a packet of nice choc biscuits saying to myself I can have one 🤪 well friend came didn’t eat any ! When they went the biscuits just disappeared 😋to moorish for one next time I’ll buy ones I don’t like 🤨erm is there one ? Ha have a great day everyone 😀

Tee Hee! I get coconut snowballs for my OH as I don't like them ... trouble is if they're not in stock he also likes teacakes which brings willpower into play. In fact I'm so unused to really sweet things that I only had one, so take heart, tastes can change over time! :)

Yes - I really think I am winning when I think I have convinced myself I do not like chocolates!

LOL. The best way to avoid snacking on bad stuff is definitely to not buy it in the first place, but it all gets awkward because most people accept sweet snacks as normal and harmless; everywhere you go outside of your own house they're always in-your-face.

Yes you are soooo right and I have stopped buying it but you know when you have someone over you feel like you should give them something ? in the end it was them that said no thanks I should have done the same ☹️

I won or got given a 1,700 calorie chocolate biscuit bar, and a 3,600 calorie box of chocolates.

On days when I was below my target weight, a few at a time... I have eaten all but a few of the chocolates (which I have now hidden in the cupboard.)

I have not been walking much lately (as I think I am fighting off "the bug"), and I think I am getting close to my maintenance weight so it is more difficult to get down to the weight every week - so I have asked my nice take the "nest" of Ferrero Rochet!

Well done you I love Ferraro rochet they are so nice I’ve just sat here eating the choc with a cup of tea 😊 back to counting tomoz not looking forward to them scales sat now but what will be will be 😀 hope you feel better soon and get back to the walking I wonder how many steps I’ll have to do to burn this day off😀 have good eve

I know the feeling well😁 I've got a tub of roses left over from Christmas and I know if I open them, I'll not be happy till have eaten them all.☺️

Ha don’t been to daughters she bought us big box milk tray and a takeaway poor scales are gonna shout ouch lol 🤪

Haha I have exactly the same problem with biscuits!! I just have to eat all of them 😀

I know especially with cup of tea well there is none left and shopping later so definatly none going in my basket I weigh tomoz so have to face the damage 🤪 back on track today hope you are having great day 😁

You wont put on weight from isolated incidents but as you already know it can't be a habit! :)

Good advise thanks😀 yes I have learnt a lot about my old habits and why I turn to food for comfort you know the sub conscience is a very complex thing and just when you think you got it something will come and take you straight back to them habits but I think I’m slowly but surely getting to grips with it 😀

I defy ANYONE to say they never have a slide no matter what weight they are! Fortunately the better habits usually kick in again :)
