Plenty of advice available here from people who know about reducing sugar spikes in bloodstream, getting insulin response working correctly again. Look at the low carb high fat forum (LCHF). It may take a few weeks to get your body working correctly again with regards to insulin resistance but getting healthy on the inside should then result in weight starting to shift as well. Don’t expect immediate results and in the long term you should see the benefits. Good luck!
