Hi, I’m just getting acquainted with this site too. It’s good to have people around all sharing the same aims and supportive of each other. Good luck with your weight loss 😉 and hoping the rest of the day goes well for you 😊

Hello, Beom, and welcome to the forum 😊

It certainly is a great community and I hope you will find it as supportive as I have. My advice would be to come here as often as you can, no need to post, just read and respond to others and join in. I particularly recommend a weigh in on the day of your choice.

This Welcome Newbies post explains how the forum works and will help you find your way around healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

We also ask that you read this information about internet privacy and security, especially as you have left your post unlocked ... Sorry, I'm on my phone and struggling a little so will get back to you with that.

Wishing you all the best 😊

Edit - here is the security post that BridgeGirl was trying to give you -

Please read it carefully as you have left your post unlocked.

Good luck with your weight loss journey, I am sure you won't find it so lonely now that you are with us :)

Hello Enamel , I see you got all the welcome information a couple of days ago so I hope you are making use of it and finding your way around.

I would recommend joining a weigh in on the day of your choice. It's very supportive and you'll get to know a team, all working towards the same goal as you. All that's expected is that you take the time to support others as they will you. Here's the link to today's. DON'T click on Write, read the opening post and all will be explained healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

If Sunday isn't the day for you, there's a weigh in every day to choose from.

Have a good week :)
