Hey! So I am quite new to this forum and also on the C25K. My weight loss journey has been very up and down, yo-yoing until I started exercising and calorie counting .... and now the weight is dropping off consistently and I have dropped from size 20 clothes to size 14/16.

Starting weight: 15st 6lbs

Last week's weight: 13st 3lbs

Today's weight: 13 stone.

Total loss: 2st 6lbs.

My current goal is to reach 11st 6lbs. But long long term 9st 7lbs is my "healthy" ideal according to my BMI.

Hello, and well done ! I've re-started my C25K. I was doing ok last year but then I lost my job and my motivation. I then got a new job and didn't have the time. Excuses, excuses ! Anyway, my Dr wants me to make a gradual return to exercise after collecting a knee injury in November. So, C25K it is !

Good luck with yours.
