Hi Bertie -2 I think we can all relate to your problem😀
I have done that over the years. I no longer see this as a diet but a series of life choices which have no end.....unlike a diet conventionally. I choose to walk more my dogs love it and so do I now. I choose only food I like and not because it is there....I have a calorie allowance but retain 200 for impulse on a daily basis .....or don't use them and add them to a meal out if that is happening. I don't feel restricted and use the nhs calorie allowance it is far more realistic. Good luck.
