Everything moreless said
and just a personal anecdote to hopefully encourage you. I had a prolapsed disc 3 years ago, and via a lovely chiropractor, starting gently with walking and swimming, (.....snip of time!...) I ran 15.25 KMs last wednesday, painfree.
Hang in there. You can do it.
Hi, Demimay2 , Welcome.
You can lose weight without exercising... I have done it, and so have many other members of this forum.
I was a disabled powerchair user, but hey have patched up my heart, and I walked 50km last week... I am 69.
