Hi There, Just signed up to this long overdue endeavor. Printed off the weekly sheets and started to calculate calories. I cook from scratch most of the time, so this is going to be an ongoing task. Getting motivated to exercise is my biggest hurdle, especially now its getting colder, going for a walk is not so inviting.

Remember, although exercise has many benefits, for weight loss it’s far more important to eat the correct amount. I have always cooked and eaten healthily, I just ate too much 😕
