I have been away on a short break, it was my one and a half stone reward to myself
I had a great time and the weather was beautiful right for walks on the coast and I gave myself 3 days off my plan. I wanted to see if I could resume easily and to my surprise I have done and am not in my usual head space where I feel like ‘what’s the point’ I have ruined my hard work. I have gone back to sensible choices and while I was away ate what I fancied but without over doing things. I chose to have breakfast and supper and skip lunch apart from fruit. Tomorrow is my weigh in day and I am hoping for no gain and would be happy with that, it is a tortoise not a hare for me now

This is how I aim to be! Am off to book my non-food treat right now! Seriously, it really all about getting away from 'good' and 'bad' and self-punishment, isn't it, which makes healthy balance the norm. Well done on all of it!
You go book that treat....Yes you are right it is not about what you can't have more about what you can. That punishing cycle is so destructive and miserable. Treats however ....jolly nice😊
