One day at a time, one step at a time 😊

Welcome back to the forum bexlou2 , have a read of the Welcome Newbies post as a refresher, and sign up for the 12 Week plan and the weekly emails. The beauty of calorie counting is that nothing s banned, but some foods are better value calorie wise. Maybe if you join the Daily Diary and let us know what you like to eat some of out lovely members will be able to make suggestions

Also can I suggest that you lock your posts by selecting ‘followers in my community’ when you write a new post or anyone can read it after a simple google search. Please read our security post here. healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Best wishes

Indigo 😊

Unfortunately, change there has to be . I would certainly take IndigoBlue61 advice and take it one step at a time. As long as you don't get impatient it will happen. Most of us have found that slow and steady, along with the daily support and encouragement we find here , is what helps us reach our goals. Good luck.😊
