It appears that I was locked out of Monday's Daily Diary, but I work full time, go to school, and rest when I can ... therefore, this is my Daily Diary Post for Monday September 24, 2018:

See my reply to your post about Tuesday DD. If you want to join in, the Wednesday and Thursday DDs are now open and the aim so you can log your meal plans in advance

Thank you ... my logs are on my desk at work, so I will have to log in the morning!

Just remember the Daily Diary is logging in advance.

Here the DD for Friday so you can log today's meals as soon as you get this healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Then you can look out for Saturday's and get into a regular daily pattern that fits in with your timescale. We do have posters from the US, and from all different time zones starting with Australia :)

Thank you, BridgeGirl ... I appreciate your reply! I guess I have everything backwards ... I thought we were counting calories, and keeping track of calories through our daily meals. However, it sounds like with this program you give a projected diet for the coming day??

You plan your meals for the day, calorie counted, at the upper end of your advised calorie range then you post your plan on the Daily Diary so that a) it gives you extra commitment because it's "in writing" b) you can get useful feedback from other posters and c) you can pinch ideas from other menus.

I assume you have your meals planned out for today, so you can add them now to Saturday's Daily Diary which will be open for the next 4 hours or so. If you don't feel like posting today, please read the post and then you'll get a good idea of how it works healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

I am afraid not ... I just jumped in when I found HealthUnlocked, and began counting daily calories / carbs! I am hoping to get to the market and stock up for next week, and hopefully be able to plan better! Thank you ...

Well, when you've planned your meals for the day ahead, log them on the Daily Diary. I mean on the Daily Diary where you will get supportive comments, not on a stand alone post that you create yourself.

And please read the post I've given you a link for, then you'll know how it works when you're ready to use it
