Inadvertently joined weight loss

Hi I inadvertently joined the weight loss part of this site - it defauled to this part of the site when i did a search for posts. I dint need weight loss info as all the new tablets im having post liver transplant seem to be losing weight forme 😀. I cant find how to undo! Anyone please?
