I'm a newbie on site....and now on a reboot this week as my weekend was difficult due to meds and tiredness. I was hoping to ask for some good breakfast ideas. I'm really bad at having breakfast as need coffee to get over night time meds. There thick black coffee is a must just to get going. Then I just don't want breakfast. Serious impact on rest of day as sometimes miss lunch too and then body holds on to fat! Help is essential please? Helball66
