Myrtle,

Thats a nice name. Fragrant tree!

Okay, just a bit of reorientation.

You are not fighting 'Fatty liver'

Your Liver is fighting You! and pleading with you and begging you for Mercy.

"Mercy my Master, Spare me the Sugar and the Oil, Let me do my job in peace"

In reality, you need to fight the Habits that cause you ill health, excess weight.

Identify those habits, foods, occasions, moods, people, situations and resolve them one by one.

Our body is a gift of nature, Treat the gift with love, nurture with care.

Step into healthy living one day at a time and embrace good health and fitness.

All the best!
