I have spent years doing SW and other diets and have successfully lost weight- but as soon as I get to target I gradually allow my weight to creep up again. This time I want to eat healthier and get fitter for life. A big birthday is looming and I want to feel great and look good to celebrate with my friends and family.
They say the longest of journeys start with the first step.... so here we go!

I, too, went to both SW, WW and followed other diets, before realising hat I didn't need another diet, but a lifestyle change and that's what's happily brought us both here. Clever you for realising 10 years earlier though!
