2 days on the trot I’ve been to the gym!I never thought I’d have the energy nor have the commitment in me to manage once a fortnight.

Yesterday was mainly cardio stuff,fat burn option on the treadmill (fast walk/jog) and rolling hills on the cycle machine.Finished off with some light weights.

Today was mainly weight training machines.Aching a bit now but also feeling good.

Off to flop in a garden chair and cool off with banana,strawberry and spinach smoothie.
