There are many different ways to loose fat or weight.
There are many different ways to work out what your target weight should be.
¿Do you have a target weight or schedule in mind?
They say that the longest journey starts with the first step ...so you can start loosing weight without having a target weight.
It helps to weigh yourself every week... so you can make sure that you are not loosing weight too quickly. Some members have lost more than two pounds a week, but the normal advice is not to try... and weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off.

I need to lose a lot of weight and have tried many times in the past but soon given up as was disappointed if I didn’t lose pounds every week. By joining this forum and reading the posts each day not only does it keep me motivated but I have at last realised slow and steady is the way to go. Good luck.
