Kicking the k's - mini challenge (23th-29th april)

Last week wasnt so active but I still managed to get a bit of activity and some pictures along the way. The first two pictures capture an attempt of a nice walk on the cliff. The mission was aborted because a certain four legged speciment refused to cooperate. We gave up after about 200 m. :)

The third picture was also an unsuccessful attempt at night time adventure.we wanted to take a stroll under the full moon but we were (rightfuly so) afraid of the wild hogs that are common in the area. The next day I learned from a coworker that they have their Young at this time, so I was glad we didn't push our luck :)

I really need to loose about 25kg but I drink a lot of alcy and that gives me too many calories. I eat fairly well but I'm not really a calorie counter / my fitness pall user yet. I am fairly comfy with my current weight (116/7/8 kg) but I know for the future I should be about 95 or a little less.

I'm going to be biking a bit soon most likely. I don't really exercise but I do walk a fair bit some days. My feet are often tired.

I dunno folks. Any suggestions?

Hi and welcome, Zoea :)
