I’m a 45 yr old mum of 3 ( oldest at uni , youngest 2yrs and a tweenie in between). I’ve spent most of the best years of my life trying to lose weight and this year it stops!! I’m taking the next 3 mths in hand.. with a personal trainer ( who I love to love and hate!),gym , healthy eating and to be exactly what I imagine myself to be in my head.. I don’t want to spend another decade being miserable and hidden in baggy clothes. It’s my Time to Shine now ..x

Hi Dolphin73, welcome to this lovely forum. It sounds like you're on a roll right now and in a really good place. Keep going, we'll be here to support you throughout your journey. I am , like you, now ditching the diet mentality and choosing a healthier lifestyle. It is possible, and if you get the occasional wobble, don't worry, post something here and we'll coax you back on track. It's working for me. Good luck. :)
