Just wanted to share with you what I've had for lunch at work today. Very simple and low calorie and carb content. Some spicy chicken breast, hard boiled egg, kale and my new favourite thing SHIRATAKI NOODLES! I try not to eat too many carbs in a day so having a low carb substitute for traditional noodles is a real blessing!
