Yeah, I probably should do something about that badge, it has been a while. You don't have a 'dealing with the problems, worrying about the weight later' badge do you?
Have been raiding my JO books. He's great at salad. Today is wild rice, rocket, cranberries, goats cheese and walnuts ❤️

Haha had to laugh when I saw this as I have just been moaning that I have to cook today. If I'd have believed the weatherman instead of doubting him I'd have planned a salad 
I had salad for lunch (Black Treacle and Stout Infused ham and egg) and also for dinner (Lemon and parsley coated smoked mackerel, new potatoes).

I noticed that big yellow thing yesterday, wondered what it was, then realised how hot it was, so decided it must be the sun. Had to go to the hospital, so wasn't too impressed about getting scorched, especially as the bus had the heating on full blast. I was expecting the hospital to be hot as well, it always was in the past, but nope, it was quite cool. Wonder if they have decided to turn the heating down/off to save money. If so then it is not before time.
It has been quite pleasant today, so much so that I have managed to hang my washing out for the first time this year. I had a sort out of my wardrobe, took a load of stuff down to the charity shop, including clothes that no longer fit. Bit miffed about a skirt I had to part with. 'Himself' asked why I didn't alter it, way too much effort, especially as it is lined. Anywhoo I can buy nice clothes much cheaper, and with a lot less effort from the charity shops.
Very happy with salad, tho rarely make them, stir fries and lots of veg, loving the sun, puss and I 🙂
Did a lazy salad for my lunch today. New potatoes, veggies, small piece of vegan cheese. It was yummy! 😀
