Anybody use the NutraCheck app

I’m looking for a replacement food tracker to replace my fitness pal. I was looking at NutraCheck as it is UK food based. Is it worth the subscription?

I haven't tried it, as I use the free version of mfp and it does all I need.. I hope you get some informed responses..

Me too Minniewinny. In particular, the scanning app and recipe builder functions are ace. Also the way it automatically links with Pacer . Quite impressive,so long as you remember the calorie allocation can be a bit mean unless you personalise your settings accurately .I can't quite believe you can get such things for free.... .

I have to be honest I'm more than happy with MyFitnessPal It meets my needs. I've never heard of NutraCheck but I have seen somebody on here say the subscribe to Weightloss Resource :)

I've left too after receiving a message saying my details had been hacked from their site, I didn't feel easy staying with them.

We all had that message from MFP and I took their advice to immediately change all my passwords eg MFP, FB , health unlocked, paypal, Amazon. ( which is actually something I should do more regularly anyway ).

Ive just started to use it recently. I ditched the myfitnesspal as it was useless for UK foods. You get a free trial of the Nutra check app for a limited period (approx. a week) and then you have to pay (£3.99 per month) It has a lot of good points. i.e. lots of foods found in all the uk supermarkets, excellent fast email help if you have problems, choice of quantities of whatever food you choose, pictures and words help you select the right product, you type a food in the search bar and a list of relavent foods come up on the dropdown menu, you can check your progress on a bar chart, automatically adds up your calories when you put them in your daily diary, tracks your 5 a day and water. The only problem I find is that I have to add one item at a time which is tedious but I don't know if I am doing that wrong. You have a choice of bfast lunch dinner and snacks to add food to.
