27lbs gone . This diet is a breeze .

Another 36 days to go and my commitment to do 60 will be fulfilled. I will see what my loss is then but hoping for anything between 3 and a half to 4 stone will have gone in total. Then going to decide if I carry on or switch to a maintenance diet.
